How do I make a cleaning appointment?

Booking with True care is easy! You can either visit our website and use our user-friendly booking form, or you can call our customer support team to schedule your cleaning appointment

What's the next step after I book?

You will receive a confirmation email that outlines the services you booked and the appointment time. Please review this email to verify all the information is correct.

Are your cleaning products safe for pets and children?

Yes, all of our cleaning products are eco-friendly and safe for both pets and children. We understand the importance of a healthy living environment for your loved ones.

Do I need a Deep Clean?

We highly recommend a Deep Clean for first-time customers or customers who haven’t had a professional clean in the last few months. You can find more information about our Deep Clean on our Services page.

Are there any services you don't offer?

While we offer a wide range of home cleaning services, we will not resurface/wax/refinish floors, put away dishes, wet wipe light bulbs, move large furniture, or dispose of an excessive amount of trash. We can also not clean exterior windows, mold, bio hazards, pet waste and insect or rodent problems.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you do not! It’s completely your choice whether you would like to be home during your appointment. If you prefer, you can just leave a key and we’ll take care of everything!

Do you offer a Guarantee?

We stand behind our service. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours so we can re-evaluate. We will do everything we can to meet your expectations. We must be provided at least 72 hours in the event we agree we should come back.

How many hours is a typical cleaning service?

There is no set amount of time – it all depends on the current condition of your home. To get a good approximation, take the number of bedrooms in your home and make that into hours. E.g. 2 bedrooms = 2 hours.

When will I be charged?

When you book online or via phone, we ask for your credit card number to hold the reservation. However, you will not be charged until we have finished your cleaning service. If you sign up for recurring service, you will be automatically billed after each cleaning is complete.

Do you offer hourly service?

yes we to do hourly service. We have a minimum of 2 hours when booking hourly services. This is generally reserved for very large homes or homes where we are only doing a couple of rooms or homes with a lot of clutter or dirt. .

I've never had a cleaning before, does that cost extra?

While we make every effort to keep all homes within our hourly and flat-rate pricing; homes that are extra dirty or larger than normal for the given number of bedrooms and bathrooms may incur additional charges over the flat-rate fee.

What is your cancellation policy?

We never have any contracts when we clean your place. The only thing we ask is that if you have to cancel or reschedule you give us 48 hours notice. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours there is a $70 fee. If you cancel with the cleaner there or we are locked out the 50% price will be charged.

What types of clients do you serve?

We specialize in commercial office cleaning.  This includes a number of different office environments.  Our clients range from small to medium sized businesses in office buildings, medical offices, industrial/warehouse offices, call centers, retail and more.so if you are curious to find out if your business would be a good fit you can talk with one of our service consultants.

Do you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Absolutely.  We provide the cleaning tools, products, chemicals and machines.  Our crews only use the best in commercial cleaning equipment, including green friendly chemicals where possible.

Please note that our standard cleaning contracts do not include consumable paper supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap and other products unless arranged beforehand. If you’d like to add paper products into your monthly janitorial contract, our service consultants will gladly talk with you about your options.

What should I expect when starting service?

The first meeting is all about understanding your cleaning needs.  It’s a brief, on-site consultation where we meet with you to make sure, we understand your expectations and answer any questions you may have.  We then briefly assess your facility to determine the scope of services.

We then put together a cleaning bid and send it to you for your consideration.

When we begin the cleaning service, our management staff is on site with the crew to ensure a smooth job start.  All of our crews receive ongoing training to make sure the highest of cleaning standards are consistently being met.  In addition, we also conduct periodic quality control audits on the cleaning, or inspections, where we use our trained eyes to make sure the details are being taken care of.  At True care cleaning we’re at your service and that’s a promise.

How should I prepare for your arrival?

Before beginning service, a member of our management team would coordinate with you regarding keys, codes, alarms and other necessary security protocols.

The only other preparatory step you may want to take is to relay some essential cleaning expectations to your staff.  As a general rule of thumb, the more desk space they can clear, the more thorough the cleaning service can be.  In commercial office cleaning its industry standard practice not to move or disturb property during the cleaning.  For example, this means paperwork is left as is.  We do not lift items up to clean underneath or behind them.

With many of our clients, we like to set up specific ‘detailed cleaning days’.   This is where you pick a convenient day of the week for detailed desk cleaning.  For example, at the end of the business day on Fridays, your employees can clear their desks before going home if they want it clean as possible.

How do I relay cleaning questions/concerns to the cleaners?

For any questions or concerns, no matter how big or small the issue, our service consultants are there for you.  They are your primary point of contact.

Our service consultants coordinate directly with our cleaners, and their supervisor.  This way, management is aware of any changes to the scope or other special requests.  This ensures quality training and consistent service.

How much does it cost?

Our prices vary depending on the size of your business and the types of services we are providing. We guarantee that our prices are fair and reasonable. Should I be there when you come?

It’s our goal is to make your life easier and take away the headaches that come with poorly managed cleaning services. A standard practice in the business cleaning industry is to clean after hours. This ensures that business is not interrupted, and the cleaning crews can service each area in the most efficient manner possible.

To accomplish this, we would setup a meeting to discuss after hours security protocols. We understand that each business has different needs. Sometimes it’s necessary to clean during business hours, such as government facilities or high-tech manufacturing.  If your business must be cleaned during the day, this can be arranged.  We’re able to make these accommodations.   Just reach out to one of our service consultants who are happy to help.

Do I need Commercial Cleaning as a small business?

While it’s certainly possible to clean a small business yourself, consider how much your time is worth and how much effort you’re willing to put into it.  Cleaning is more important than ever, to both your employees and customers.  Proper sanitation is vital for the health and safety of our workplaces and communities.

Our goal is to make commercial cleaning easy, even for small businesses.  We can accommodate light cleaning needs with service as few as twice as month.
